Edmunds.com has released its list of 2005 Used Car Best Bets with Honda and Ford tying for the most models on the list.
A quick summary of the Used Car Best Bets by class include:
Best Ecomony Car: Honda Civic
Best Midsize Car: Toyota Camry
Best Large Car: Ford Crown Victoria/Mercury Grand Marquis
Best Luxury Car: Lexus ES 300
Best Sporty Car: Mazda Miata
Best Mini-SUV: Honda CR-V
Best SUV: Nissan Pathfinder
Best Minivan: Honda Odyssey
Best Small Pickup: Toyota Tacoma
Best Large Pickup: Ford F150

Today Chrysler announced that it will join GM and Ford in offering an employee program through August 1. Under the Chrysler employee pricing program Chrysler
is offering most Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep vehicles at the employee discount price plus rebates up to $3500 cash back.
Chrysler employee pricing program exclusions include: Chrysler 300, Dodge Magnum, Dodge Sprinter, Dodge Viper, Jeep Liberty Diesel, all 2006 and SRT models.
The typical employee discount is four to five percent off the dealer invoice amount.
