Okay, so Infiniti missed the mark with the 2004 “M”, but the all-new redesigned M45 is wickedly awesome. Here’s a great review of the Infiniti M35 and Infiniti M45 by Matt Stone of MotorTrend:
Sport/luxury sedans? It’s like this: If you want to be a player, you need something that not only delivers a lot of high-tech creature comforts and martini-smooth country-club cred, but also is snappy and civilized through the switchbacks.

Volvo fans rejoice…the new Volvo S80 sedan is on the horizon. I was a big fan of Volvo before they were purchased by Ford. I think overall they are still solid cars, but with so many other choices out there (Saab, Infiniti, Audi) Volvo could continue losing ground.
“Volvo is testing prototypes of the next-generation S80 sedan. Ford Motor Co.’s Swedish subsidiary expects to begin production of the redesigned four-door in mid-2006, with the U.S. version reaching dealers sometime in the fall as a 2007 model.”
