New Jetta ads may recapture old appeal

The new Audi A4 looks great…I hope that VW/Audi carries that over to the VW line. Here’s a blurg about the new VW ads on television…

Have you seen them yet? The ads are back. They start innocently enough. Two late 20-something, early 30-somethings are discussing the most mundane topic like lawn care. It’s a snoozefest. Then an unseen car passes by stopping the conversation and turning the guys’ heads. The new Jetta is here. Get out of your post-quarter-life funk. Not bad for teaser ads. Looking forward to seeing the entire campaign.

Subaru to debut new Forester at NY Auto Show

One more thing for Walt to do in New York next week will be to snag us some live shots of the new Subaru Forester. We showed you images of the new SUV when it broke in Japan a few months ago. Now it will make its American debut and finally revamp the squat SUV.
